Media Advisory—The Deputy Auditor General of Canada will be in Yellowknife to deliver findings of the audit of the Stanton Territorial Hospital Renewal Project to the Legislative Assembly of the Northwest Territories

Ottawa, 21 October 2024—The Office of the Auditor General of Canada will present its report on the audit of the Stanton Territorial Hospital Renewal Project to the Northwest Territories Legislative Assembly, in the Eagle Room, located at 4570‑48th Street, Yellowknife, Northwest Territories on Tuesday 29 October 2024.

This audit examines whether the departments of Finance, Infrastructure, and Health and Social Services, and the Northwest Territories Health and Social Services Authority delivered on their responsibilities and commitments for the Stanton Territorial Hospital Renewal Project, including whether this project provided good value for money for the government and residents of the Northwest Territories.
