Original Request:

I request all information on the organization of the IM/IT architecture of the internal database and file organization structure for the Office of the Auditor General. For example, the hierarchy, sub-hierarchy and mapping of the IM/IT framework. I also ask for any audits or internal evaluations undertaken in the office to verify the effectiveness or efficiency of this structure for fiscal year 2015/16.

Clarification 1:

By IM/IT I mean any part of your organization that deals with building the informatics systems in which data is stored. For example, in government there is RDIMS and GCDOCS. Whatever part of your group is responsible for that data management program I would like them to find the request information.

By framework I mean the mapping and rules associated with the data management system. Folders, sub folders, rules/restrictions and how the system is partitioned.

While we are at it, I would actually like to expand my request to include 2014/2015 and 2013/2014 fiscal years. To see the evolution of the framework.

Also, if there were any changes or updates to the data management system, I would like to see any RFI or RFPs issued by your organization between 2013 and 2016, and any contracts or bills issued as a result.

Clarification 2:

I don't know what PROxI is, however, if it is similar to GCDOCS and RDIMS in that it is a file and data management and storage system, then yes, that is what I mean.

That is what I meant for 'Framework', the structure/architecture and all rules associated with all aspects of it (folder access rules, for example).

By 'evolution' I mean any updates or changes through the fiscal years.

I want what I’ve requested to include a document that describes, in graphic or text format, the OAG's network architecture (i.e. - the infrastructure of the network), and any manuals or documents of any type that describe it, as well as documents that describe, in graphic or text format, any system on which the OAG stores information electronically (i.e. - any file database).
